Within the footage, posted to social media by Solely in Dade, you see a person and a big canine on the balcony of a Miami high-rise … and the man seems to seize the pooch by the neck and head, shoving the poor pup’s face towards the ground.
The canine right here is clearly scared, and tries to get away from the person … however he grabs the canine once more, this time with what appears to be like to be a knife in hand, and seems to strike the canine within the ribs a number of instances.
The Miami Police Division says officers responded to the constructing Tuesday with Miami Dade Animal Companies and cited the person within the video.
Cops say they’re launching an investigation … and MDPD Animal Companies can be probing the incident.
Thankfully, police say the canine doesn’t seem injured — a minimum of not bodily.
