Jeff Goldblum doesn’t anticipate to return to the Jurassic World universe and weighs in on the brand new saga, beginning with Jurassic World Rebirth.
In a brand new interview, the Jurassic Park alum says his time taking part in Dr. Ian Malcolm may be over, however he’s longing for the saga’s rebirth.
“I feel Ian Malcolm could have ridden off into the sundown. Perhaps,” Goldblum instructed Whole Movie. “As a result of this subsequent one [Jurassic World Rebirth] – my buddy Scarlett Johansson and my new buddy Jonathan Bailey from Depraved, I feel, are taking over the reins. And I can’t wait to see what they do. I feel that’s a good suggestion.”
Goldblum first performed Dr. Ian Malcom in 1993’s Jurassic Park. He reprised his function in its 1997 sequel, The Misplaced World: Jurassic Park. It wasn’t till 2018’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom that Goldblum performed Dr. Malcom once more, adopted by 2022’s Jurassic World Dominion.
The actor weighed in on Dominion’s damaging criticism when it was launched.

“I had such a superb time on it,” he stated. “I loved engaged on it and loved making an attempt to make it good. I feel it offered a bunch of tickets. However, … [laughs] All people’s received an opinion about it. It’s powerful to make a superb film.”
Jurassic World Rebirth is predicted to open broad on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The movie, directed by Gareth Edwards from a screenplay by David Koepp, stars Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Mahershala Ali, Rupert Good friend, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Luna Blaise, David Iacono, Audrina Miranda, Philippine Velge, Bechir Sylvain, and Ed Skrein.
