The Munich-based Studio 100 Intl. has teamed up with Mexican animation studio Lunch Movies to develop an animated household function titled Halloween vs Day of the Useless.
The movie, which can mix 2D and 3D animation, can be directed by Celso Garcia, founding father of Lunch Movies, who beforehand made The Skinny Yellow Line, produced by Guillermo del Toro; Origins: The Journey of Humankind for Nationwide Geographic; the Mexican remake of My Greatest Pal’s Wedding ceremony, for Sony Footage Worldwide; and The Nice Seduction, a comedy produced for Netflix.
Becoming a member of the venture is animation movie producer and manufacturing director Gerry Cardoso, famend for El Americano: The Film, the primary animated movie co-produced between Mexico and the U.S.
