All hail the King of Nation Music … George Strait obtained his flowers on the Nation Music Awards … with a star-studded tribute and a few spectacular {hardware}.
George was honored at Wednesday’s award present at Bridgestone Area in Nashville with the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award … with Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson, Chris Stapleton, Parker McCollum and Jamey Johnson tipping their cowboy hats with a tribute efficiency.

The gang performed one among George’s greatest hits, “Troubadour” … and the group gave him a standing ovation when he grabbed the mic.
Jamey joined the tribute solely days after being arrested in close by Williamson County, TN for drug possession and rushing. He is written songs through the years for George and Willie … so he wasn’t going to overlook this.
George joked throughout his acceptance speech the tribute covers of his songs had been so good he was glad he was sufficiently old to have the ability to document them first. 😆
