The Rialto Heart for the Arts at Georgia State College, situated within the coronary heart of Atlanta’s historic Fairlie-Poplar district, has introduced its 2025-26 collection that includes jazz, tango, a cappella and nation performances.
The season begins September 6 with two-time Grammy winner and NEA Jazz Grasp Dee Dee Bridgewater, adopted by the Rialto debut of Voctave, an 11-member a cappella group performing intricate preparations of Broadway, gospel and childhood favorites, on October 3.
“We’re delighted to rejoice a few of our Rialto favorites and showcase genres new to the Rialto, together with nation and up to date Christian artists,” stated Amy Reid, director of instructional outreach and the Rialto Heart for the Arts.
A type of performers is Tony Jackson, a rising nation star who has made frequent appearances on the Grand Ole Opry on the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville lately. A Virginia native, Marine veteran and former banking tech professional-turned-musician, Jackson has duetted with each Randy Travis and bluegrass musician Rhonda Vincent. In a style that has moved ever nearer to rock and pop territory, Jackson is steeped in conventional nation, taking inspiration from greats like Travis, George Jones and Charley Satisfaction. The up to date Christian style is represented by Dove Award nominee Cochren & Co., led by singer-songwriter Michael Cochren and signed to Toby Mac’s Gotee Information. They’ll carry out on April 24.
There’s extra jazz on the checklist, too, with a free efficiency by the U.S. Military Discipline Band: Jazz Ambassadors on October 30 and 10-time Grammy nominee and saxophonist Joshua Redman on Jan. 24

Valentine’s Day brings Tango After Darkish to the Rialto stage, merging the music of the nice Argentine tango composer Astor Piazzolla with choreography by tango celebrity and world champion German Cornejo, alongside together with his firm of 10 world-class dancers.
