This recipe was successful with my household. It goes nice together with your morning espresso or as a cheat snack anytime. When it’s recent out of the oven it makes the complete home fragrant with ideas of delectable anticipation. 

 

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 55 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 1 hr 5 minutes

SERVINGS: 12

EQUIPMENT

9″ x 5″ Loaf Pan

INGREDIENTS

Bread

½ cup oil
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs room temperature
½ cup milk
1 entire lemon plus ½ tbsp lemon juice juice & zest
1 ½ cup all goal flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup blueberries

Icing

½ cup confectioners’ sugar
½ lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 levels and line 9”x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper.

Put all of the dry components collectively in a bowl and blend.

In a separate bowl put all of the moist components collectively and blend till it appears to be like easy.

Add the dry components to the moist components bowl and blend till no lumps.

Gently fold within the blueberries.

Put the batter into loaf pan and place some blueberries on prime.

Bake for 55-60 minutes. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes earlier than placing the icing on prime.

Icing

Combine the components collectively till it easy and put aside.
